Description
A kimchi seasoning base with a satisfying spicy kick, enriched with the deep umami of squid salted fish and the savory flavor of bonito flakes. Simply sprinkle over salted vegetables — napa cabbage, cucumber, radish, or cabbage — to make authentic kimchi at home. Use 200g per 1kg of salted vegetables. Also great as a kimchi-flavored seasoning for hot pots and other dishes.
