How We Work

These aren’t words on a wall. They define every decision we make.

01

Extreme Ownership

No excuses. No blame. Own every outcome.

We take full responsibility for every challenge and never shift the blame onto others. Instead of saying, “This is impossible,” we ask, “What can I do to make it possible?” We commit to solving problems with a strong sense of ownership, facing difficulties head-on, and always finding a way forward. Commit fully, and you’ll find wisdom. Hesitate, and you’ll find excuses.

02

Commitment to Collaboration

Everyone is a problem solver. No one says "not my job."

At Bell Foods Cambodia, no one says, “That’s not my job.” Every employee is responsible for making the company better. We step beyond defined roles, support each other, and actively contribute to collective success. The more we help each other, the stronger we become as a team.

03

Winning Matters

Optimize how you win, not just that you win.

Achieving a goal is expected, but we focus on how we achieve it. We never settle for just reaching 100% — we aim for the best way to get there. We evaluate multiple paths, anticipate future consequences, and make decisions that create the most impact. Half of success is about simulation and forecast.

04

Genchi Genbutsu

Go to the source. Decide on facts, not opinions.

We believe in going to the source. Real understanding comes from firsthand experience, not assumptions. We visit the actual site, observe the situation, and make decisions based on facts. The best solutions come from those who engage directly with reality.

05

Think Deeply, Act Relentlessly

Hypothesize. Execute. Never stop.

When faced with uncertainty, we don’t hesitate — we analyze, hypothesize, and act. If we don’t know something, we create an initial hypothesis and take action, because some things can only be understood by doing. We break down the gap between where we are and where we need to be, and systematically fill it through execution. No matter what, we push forward until the job is done.
