1. General Terms

Welcome to Bell Foods (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our," or "BFC"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website bellfoods.com.kh and any purchases made through it.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on bellfoods.com.kh are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

• All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
• All listed prices are inclusive of VAT (10%) as required by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or labeling.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed through our website or via Telegram. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay in USD or KHR upon delivery.
• Bank Transfer — Direct transfer to our designated bank account. Order processing begins upon confirmation of payment.
• ABA PayWay — Secure online payment via ABA Bank payment gateway.

3.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via Telegram or email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

4. Delivery

• Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Phnom Penh only.
• Free Delivery: Orders of $20 or more qualify for free delivery.
• Delivery Fee: A flat delivery fee of $1.00 applies to orders under $20.
• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or public holidays.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery may be subject to additional charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, our returns policy is limited:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Non-Returnable Items: Perishable food products (frozen, chilled, or fresh items) cannot be returned once delivered, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
• Non-Perishable Items: Unopened, non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Bell Foods (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• BFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Product descriptions and nutritional information are provided in good faith but may contain inadvertent errors. Customers with food allergies should contact us directly before purchasing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
